The 5th International Conference for PeriAnaesthesia Nurses (ICPAN) was hosted by the International Collaboration of PeriAnaesthesia Nurses, Inc. in Cancun, Mexico from 5-8 November.
Held at the Cancun International Convention Centre, the conference theme “Bienvenidos: Exploring New Horizons, Empowering Global Practice” celebrated the importance of expanding professional nurse networking, collaboration and knowledge sharing across the broader perianaesthesia practice domain. In addition to the exhibition and poster sessions, the always popular Gathering of Nations Delegate Forum plus two evening networking opportunities were offered to grow new connections with geographically diverse colleagues. Delegates traveled to Mexico for ICPAN 2019 from 14 countries across the globe, and many spent additional time exploring the beautiful and historic region of Quintana Roo. |
